A unique 4-ply composition (with foil) that virtually eliminates raising of grain, bubbling, rippling, splitting, glue bleed-through and discoloring. It is available in a large variety of wood species and cuts. SanPly-4 is made with pre-sanded "AA" grade veneer and accepts most standard finishes including lacquers, resins, varnishes and oils.
			The finest "AA" quality face-grade veneer, selected for figure and color consistency, laminated to a unique, non bleed-through paper backing. This composition allows for unsurpassed ability to conform to curved surfaces without splitting, crimping or bubbling. SanPly-3 is pre-sanded and will accept applications of standard industrial finishes.
			SanFoot's unique 5-Ply construction and large sequence runs make it the perfect choice for projects with large wall and ceiling areas. Its flexibility allows for practical application to curved design elements such as columns and radius corners. The wide variety of real wood veneer species allows for versatile integration of wood tones with overall design patterns. SanFoot installation procedures are similar to that of other wallcovering products.
			RealTec is a unique process that alters the fibers of the wood - the unique fiddleback figure is in the "grain" of the wood fiber, and not printed on the surface. Now this figure is readily available with consistent appearance and large sequence runs. RealTec real wood species are available in SanPly-3, SanPly-4, SanFoot and architectural panels. Flitch Veneer As a Jacaranda customer, you have the ability to examine samples and choose from select veneer flitches - bundles of sequentially stacked leaves of veneer originating from the same individual tree. The selected veneer can then be applied to the substrate panel of your choice, or any one of the SanPly or SanFoot products.
